Middle P1S
The middle Bambu Lab P1S; Polymaker CoPE printing.
The middle machine of the three P1S units. Polymaker CoPE only, through the AMS or the external spool holder; jobs come from Bambu Handy, an SD card, or the network queue. It shares settings and troubleshooting with the left and right machines, so those pages double as references when this one is busy.

Troubleshooting
Clean the build plate with 99% IPA and re-level the bed using auto-leveling. Slow the first layer to 20mm/s, apply glue stick for better adhesion, and check the Z-offset is correct.
Cancel the print immediately and clean the build plate. Check the filament isn't tangled, verify the print settings (temperature, speed, supports), and make sure the bed is level before restarting. Monitor the first layer again.
Gently push the filament by hand to help the AMS grab it. Check the spool isn't tangled, verify the PTFE tube isn't kinked, reseat the spool in its slot, and clean the feeder gears if they're clogged.
Heat the nozzle to 250°C and manually push filament through, then cool to 90°C and yank the filament out for a cold pull. Repeat 2-3 times; use an acupuncture needle if it's still clogged, and replace the nozzle if needed.
Repair Guides
Difficulty: Easy · Tools: Warm water, dish soap, 99% IPA, lint-free cloth
Remove the build plate from the printer and wash it with warm water and dish soap, rinsing thoroughly. Dry with a lint-free cloth, wipe with 99% IPA, and reinstall the plate securely on the magnetic bed.
Rules
- Only print useful items with correct settings; no waste or test prints without purpose.
- Always use the correct print profile (temperature, speed, brim, supports) for your model.
- Check the filament is the correct type (Polymaker CoPE only) and that there is enough left for the print.
- Make sure the build plate is inserted correctly and securely on the magnetic bed.
- Watch the first layer to confirm adhesion before leaving.
- Clean the build plate with IPA before and after every print.
- Report any clogs, grinding, or errors to exco immediately.
- Remove filament and store it in a dry box after printing.
- Log long prints (>4 hours) in the workshop registry.
- Only exco can change advanced settings or update firmware.
- Keep the glass door closed during printing.
- Clear the poop chute if it gets full.
